Can You Launch a Brand with 15-Second Ads?
As 614 Media Group planned the campaign to introduce their restaurant discovery app, FoodQuest, their marketing team met with Kinopicz producers and posed this challenge: Create a fresh, original television commercial for the brand launch – but limit the spot to 15 seconds and go from concept to screen in only three weeks.
Compton Construction is a newly formed company that specializes in designing, building, and face-lifting retail and office spaces. The owners, Harold and Blake Compton, wanted to use their years of experience in the field as market research in creating a values-based brand with a modern feel that distinguishes them in a market of same-looking construction company brands. Combining the key value messaging of “open communication” with a visual style speaking more to retail and less to construction, Kinopicz introduced a full identity package and web presence for Compton Construction.
When the Columbus landmark music club was brought back to life under new ownership, Kinopicz was tasked with designing a new identity for a new era. The new owner wanted to keep key elements of past logos of the known and loved brand while projecting a reassuring new look that matched the improvements and overall “refreshening” of the club’s experience.

Kinopicz has partnered with our friends at the Wexner Center for the Arts to produce a promotional video for the annual GenWex Off the Grid gala and fundraiser. This year’s theme is “3D” and Kinopicz is working closely with the Wexner Center to express the concept in an engaging, motion graphics experience. The video will appear on location and be used in various online channels to drive ticket sales. Watch it here.
