Compton Construction is a newly formed company that specializes in designing, building, and face-lifting retail and office spaces. The owners, Harold and Blake Compton, wanted to use their years of experience in the field as market research in creating a values-based brand with a modern feel that distinguishes them in a market of same-looking construction company brands. Combining the key value messaging of “open communication” with a visual style speaking more to retail and less to construction, Kinopicz introduced a full identity package and web presence for Compton Construction.
Logo design went through a few iterations, with the final embodying the cyclical nature of communication through steps of Compton Construction’s project phases.
A full brand standards guide informed the design of company collateral, uniforms, and locally-sourced, custom furniture for the new office’s design.
A simple, no frills website was preferred over a content-heavy experience in order to encourage human dialog, a testament to the value of open collaboration between the company and its clients.
