We partnered with Stream Digital to tell the story of Columbus’ hottest neighborhood—the Short North Arts District—through the lens of local developer, The Wood Companies.
From a scripting standpoint, our challenge was to integrate three threads of messaging: community culture, brand history, and product launch. The agency’s vision was to create a “first person adventure” through the Short North, told through the authentic voices of the residents and shop owners.
A prevailing theme of the piece is how the architect and developer have gracefully blended old and new architecture throughout the community. In support of this motif, we employed a combination of traditional, hand-held, and aerial cinematography—giving the audience an immersive experience of the neighborhood, its personalities, and the Boutique Collection apartments.
